Within one year from the date of picking up the lorry-mounted crane, our Company is responsible for free repair for the manufacturing quality problems. Clearly reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice of repair. Parts required after the warranty period are charged at the purchase price.

Service process:

1. Repair service reported by telephone: The reception personnel will carefully record the problems reported by users and timely notify the service engineer.
2. The service engineer calls back to the user; realize the specific phenomenon of the fault.
3. The service engineer and technician analyze the cause of the fault and the treatment plan.
4. Notify the user of the treatment plan and communicate with the user about the time and place of resolving the fault.
5. After handling the problem, ask the user to sign and approve it for improving the service file.
